B. Eileen Bailey, 82 of Englewood, Florida died Monday, October 12, 2009 at Englewood Community Hospital. She was born on August 14, 1927 in Versailles, PA to Walter R. and Verda Mae (Spiker) Estep.
Eileen and her husband Donald were winter residents for 14 years and have been permanent residents for 2 years. Eileen retired from being a hospital pharmacist in the Pittsburgh area after 45 years of service. She was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Englewood and enjoyed reading, Swedish weaving and loved animals.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years; Donald: two daughters; Michele (Thomas) Shaw of Englewood, Barbara (James) Williams of Tallmadge, OH and 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church, 2200 Buena Vista Road, McKeesport, PA 15135.
In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made in Mrs. Bailey’s memory to the Deacons Fund at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church.
